New Era Dawning?

Not a great photograph, but hopefully just good enough. The tower with the blue light is the Next 21 tower. The dome used to be lit up every night, but has been dark since the 3/11 disaster unfolded last year. Today was the first day it's bit lit. My feeling is that it's a symbolic gesture, given that the state of electrical power generation is even less secure now than before. But a symbol is sometimes enough to buoy the spirits. Oddly enough, I feel a bit better seeing it.
