A statue by Frans Kokshoorn entitled "Singing in the rain" (1995) in Voorburg. I shot many other attempts at drawing rain but ended up getting more like fish hooks from Neptune.. so I went for this more tame version of what is supposed to be rain hitting the umbrella family. I used a variND filter at almost it maximum of ND400 because the scene was very brightly lit. I added some vignette in post.
