So I’m out late at night by myself with $6k+ worth of gear shooting the lightning in the pitch black, when a very dodgy looking old ute pulls up next to me and it gets me anxious but I continue to shoot. Then I seenotice a dim light inside the car and see the face of a mid-aged man smoking looking right at me. After about ten minutes he starts the Ute up, does a burnout and drives off. A couple of minutes later an old maroon Hyundai Excel parks right next to me once again parks and after awhile drives off nearly hitting my car. They were most likely just watching the lightning but it still got my heart beating and wondering what I would do if they started hassling me…
